1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and penjoy ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the penjoy online gaming platform located at https://penjoy.cam, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The penjoy Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Philippines at the time of account creation and gambling activity. You warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, geolocation technology, or other technical means and to suspend or terminate accounts accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active penjoy account. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts on behalf of other individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any winnings obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

penjoy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods designated on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on the payment method selected. You acknowledge that deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and that penjoy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to verification procedures and minimum withdrawal thresholds specified on the Platform. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated for each payment method, typically ranging from five (5) minutes to three (3) business days. Before processing any withdrawal, penjoy reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

3.3 Fees and Charges

penjoy does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose transaction fees beyond our control. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method processes transactions in a currency other than Philippine Pesos.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

penjoy maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, large deposits or withdrawals, or other suspicious activity. Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending completion of verification procedures, and funds may be held or reported to relevant authorities if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the penjoy Platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. penjoy is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by user error, technical malfunctions, or communication failures. In the event of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or system malfunctions, penjoy reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are subject to change until the time of bet acceptance. All sports bets are settled according to official results declared by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, specific settlement rules applicable to that sport will apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules. Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance timing and settlement procedures.

4.3 Casino Games

Casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and other offerings, operate according to certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section. Game outcomes are determined by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

4.4 Bonus Terms and Promotions

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in bonus abuse or promotional manipulation

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Conducting money laundering or engaging in financial crimes
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access Platform source code
• Interfering with Platform operation or other users' experience
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms

penjoy employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, request additional verification documentation, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when criminal activity is suspected. Accounts found violating these Terms will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with our enforcement policies.

6. Responsible Gaming

penjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players from gambling-related harm. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of penjoy intellectual property may result in legal action and liability for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, penjoy, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

penjoy's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

penjoy is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet service provider issues, power outages, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Termination

penjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability. Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all associated data. Any outstanding account balance owed to you will be returned subject to verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to penjoy, including outstanding bets, bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or liabilities arising from Terms violations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. Upon closure, you must cease all use of the Platform and may not create new accounts without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the penjoy Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting penjoy customer support. If informal resolution fails within thirty (30) days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and penjoy regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. penjoy may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all associated rights and obligations to any third party without restriction or notice to you.
